Q. How do I unlock the study modules?

Modules unlock with a one-time in-app purchase, handled through the App Store. There is no subscription. Once you buy a module, it stays unlocked on your Apple ID.

Q. I bought a module before, or reinstalled the app. How do I get it back?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. That restores any modules you have already unlocked on the same Apple ID, at no extra charge.

Q. Does the app work offline?

Yes. The full question bank and your progress live on your device, so you can study without a connection. An internet connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.

Q. Where is my progress stored, and how do I reset it?

Progress, readiness, saved questions, and exam history are stored on your device. To clear them, open Settings. Reset Study & Exams clears progress and exam history but keeps your saved questions. Reset Everything clears all of it. Both actions cannot be undone.

Q. I think an answer or explanation is wrong.

Please tell us. Use the in-app report option on the question, or email ndt-issues@simonbuilds.app with the question wording or topic. The questions are reviewed for accuracy and we correct issues in app updates.

Q. How is my data handled?

Your study data stays on your device, and the app runs no ads, analytics, or tracking. Purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
